Homes in Downtown Vancouver
Downtown Vancouver consists mostly of commercial property, businesses throughout have the city constantly buzzing. However, there is a residential neighborhood which includes Granville Mall, the Entertainment District, Gastown, Chinatown, Japantown and Downtown's South. The residential neighborhoods consist of mostly high-rise apartments and condominiums. Downtown Vancouver has so much to offer its residents but, raising a family here may not make downtown a first choice for many, mainly because of the schools offered in this area and the lack of yards for the kids to safely play in.
