Located in the center of the community is Bethany Village offering plenty of amenities to the residents; options such as grocery stores and various dining options can be found in Bethany Village. Bethany's Table offers signature Northwest cuisines featuring fresh, locally produced ingredients. Bethany Public House and Brewery not only offers thirty craft beers four of which are their very own but, Italian inspired and American cuisine. There is also a micro restaurant concept that offers four mini restaurants for a new take on the food cart. The Streets of Tanasbourne offers a premier shopping destination with plenty of upscale shopping featuring stores such as Macy's, H&M, Banana Republic, Barnes & Noble, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's and more.
As mentioned above, Bethany is commonly known for the amount of parks offered within the community with over half a dozen parks and hiking routes available. A few popular parks are Forest Park which overlooks the Willamette River and stretches nearly eight miles along the Tualatin Mountain. Bethany Lake Park is a forty-two acre park offering walking and biking trails, attracts bird watchers and anglers, accommodates visitors with picnic tables and a community garden. PPC Rock Creek Recreation Center is a thirty-two acre facility equipped with softball and baseball fields, synthetic turf fields for soccer and football, an archery range, tennis courts and a dog park. Pirate Park is an ideal spot for kids, a 16 acre park located in the Rock Creek Greenway has a pirate themed playground with a pirate ship, sandpit, slides and much more. The Claremont Golf Club offers a year round nine hole course, 3,077 yards of golf, two par 5s and two par 3s designed for all ages to enjoy.
