Living in Cully West

The Cully West neighborhood has modest homes with a developing community interest in urban gardening. Neighborhood enhancement has been ongoing in the Cully neighborhoods. Cully Blvd, NE 42nd Ave and nearby Beaumont Village surround the neighborhood with plenty of shopping and food conveniences within walking distance.

Once in the heart of Cully West you’ll quickly notice that there aren’t any sidewalks. Ample grassy front yards extend right up to the wide streets. This neighborhood is a mix of fixer homes and remodeled colorful cottages. There is a quaint rural feeling to this neighborhood. Quiet with not a lot of people buzzing through in cars, bikes or walking even in this neighborhood. Only a neighbor out mowing their large yard or a kid playing on a swing hanging from a mature tree.

It is hard to believe that this neighborhood is settled picturesquely between thoroughfares with all the close in amenities you need.

Nearby Fernhill Park or Wilshire Park provides a jogging path, picnic tables, playground, softball fields, tennis courts and a stand of mature trees.
