Latest Lents South Homes

    In recent years, Portland has seen the potential value of the Lents neighborhood and established it as an Urban Renewal Area. Many new homes and businesses have been established and more are planned.

    The Lents area overall, is a haven for outdoor and recreational activities and has community events including the Ramona Street Fair, Light up Lents, Fun on Foster, Founders Day, Farmers Markets and Movies in the Park at Lents Park.

    Lents is an East Portland neighborhood with a nice mix of residential communities, while still being close to major roadways for plenty of access to shopping and other amenities and an easy commute. The new TriMet Green line made this neighborhood even more accessible. On the light rail, Lents is about 30-40 minute commute to downtown, and about 15 minutes to Clackamas Town Center.
