Latest Laurelhurst Homes

    Laurelhurst is a pretty neighborhood of older homes and streets lined with mature trees just south of I-84 between S.E. 32nd and S.E. 44th Ave. Laurelhurst is a neighborhood of vintage homes straddling the NE and SE sections of Portland. Notable stone archways flank the entrances to the area as well another defining feature at the core of the neighborhood is a gilded statue of Joan of Arc that stands in Coe Circle.

    As a community, Laurelhurst benefits from an active neighborhood committee that holds a spring cleanup and an annual garage sale that brings shoppers from all over.

    On the southern edge sits the much loved gathering spot, Laurelhurst Park, which features a large duck pond, walking paths, basketball courts and meadows popular for picnics in summer. While Laurelhurst is almost completely residential, it’s close to the commercial core along S.E. Belmont and SE 28th and Burnside.
