Latest Roseway Homes

The Roseway neighborhood is divided by the NE Sandy Blvd business corridor with quiet and affordable residential streets off of it. The area has close access to many parks.

A fun feature of the Roseway area is the Roseway theatre. Built in 1924 and opened in 1925, the single screen Roseway has been in continuous operation for 79 years. The Roseway is one of the few independent theaters in the city that still shows first-run Hollywood movies. Its well preserved Art Deco interior and exterior makes the Roseway a landmark in this district.
