    The Lake Forest neighborhood of Lake Oswego rests just eight miles south of Portland, on the western point of Lake Oswego with I-5 bordering it on the west. There is commercial activity along Boones Ferry Road and Kruse Way, however Waluga Park creates a core of quiet residential in the rest of the the neighborhood. East Waluga Park is 53 acres of play fields and picnic areas. West Waluga Park includes nature trails and has two Gallery without Walls sculptures from the Lake Oswego art walk.
