Hiring a Team vs. a Solo Agent
Hey there, Jordan Matin here just dropping in to talk for a minute about the difference between being a solo agent, vs working as a team. When I first got started in real estate, I worked as single broker. I spent most of my time running around doing a million different things at once in sort of a “jack of all trades, master of none” situation. Now don’t get me wrong, I feel like I did a pretty good job back then, all things considered, but there’s no doubt that I let things slip through the cracks. As a single broker, you’re responsible for everything from creating flyers and marketing materials, to designing websites and setting up CaRM’s. All in addition to your prospecting, lead follow-up, skill mastery…etc, etc. There are so many different moving pieces and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. This is where the team model comes in to play.
At Matin Real Estate we’ve created a structure that allows our brokers to focus on what they do best and provide excellent service to their clients. We have a full staff of designers, web developers, videographers and photographers as well as a call center and client services. In addition, we’ve partnered with multiple different online advertising and marketing specialists to ensure that our listings are seen by the most amount of people possible. I could go on and on about all of our systems and tools but, I think you get the point. When it’s all said and done, we have a $50,000 per-month marketing budget and all of these pieces come together to deliver luxury service, with exceptional results.
