The Shallowbrook townhome community is located in the West Beaverton neighborhood in Washington County. These homes range in size and price providing affordable options. Tualatin Hills Nature Park offers five miles of walking trails, 222-acres of wildflowers and a variety of native birds to view. Cooper Mountain Nature Park is equipped with ample wide open spaces and farmland views, wildflowers, untouched prairie lands and plenty of shade trees from the towering oak trees. Fanno Creek Trail and Greenway has plenty of biking trails that transport riders from SW Portland, goes through Beaverton and Tigard Oregon or connect to the bridge that goes from Cook Park over to Tualatin with plenty of parks and greenways all along the way.
The Beaverton Farmers Market is hard to beat, the best and largest in Portland, the largest agricultural growers market in the northwest with approximately 90 to 100 growers providing mostly organic produce. The farmers market also sells handmade crafts, health remedies and a variety of different ethnic foods. The area has plenty of standard shopping options at nearby shopping centers such as Progress Ridge TownSquare, Cedar Hills Shopping Center, Murray Scholls Town Center, Murray Crossing Shopping Center and Beaverton Town Square provide a variety of different shopping options.
