Oldham Meadows is a residential neighborhood consisting of 38 home sites located at the top of Copper Mountain, overlooking the Tualatin River. Close proximity to downtown Portland and major company campuses such as Nike and Intel make the commute to work quick and easy only adding to the desirability of this neighborhood. Newly constructed, quality detached, single family homes that range in size from 2,278 - 3,014 square feet provide plenty of space for families of all sizes. These homes feature full daylight level living and sleeping areas, recreation bonus rooms, open family rooms, luxurious owner’s suites, and outdoor entertaining areas.

Oldham Meadows Homeowners Association was put in place to ensure the upkeep of the neighborhood by maintaining the common areas landscaping and ensuring that residents are doing their part to uphold the integrity of their homes. The HOA charges a monthly fee of $85 to the residents for maintenance and administrative fees.

For the nature seeker, Cooper Mountain Nature Park is nearby giving a variety of options to enjoy the great outdoors. The 230-acre park not only offers amazing views of the Chehalem Mountains, there is also 3 1/2 miles of hiking and Biking trails that are extremely popular. The trails wind through oak and madrone woodlands, native prairies, and conifer forests. Year-round environmental programs are offered at the Cooper Mountain Nature House or it can be rented for private functions. Of course, this park offers picnic tables and a nature play area for children to have the opportunity to play.
