Murrayhill is a private neighborhood located in southern Beaverton, a full service residential and commercial community. This well maintained neighborhood is unlike any other in Beaverton, a well planned community with a goal of preserving the rich topography and natural resources. Murrayhill is very desirable to tech professionals due to being home to large company headquarters of Intel and Nike. There are two major commercial areas in Murrayhill offering a plethora of shopping, dining and other professional services. The Murrayhill Marketplace offers an array of services, grocery shopping at Safeway, banking, exercise at Planet Fitness, take your pet to the vet, enjoy a bite at Joe's Burgers, a haircut at Great Clips or take your child to daycare and more. An excellent place for one stop shopping. Murray-Scholls Town Center is similar to Murrayhill Marketplace, also offering one stop shopping with a variety of services and amenities that residents look for whether looking for health care services such as pediatric care, orthopedic care, vision or dental services, want to enjoy a spa day or get a haircut, take a break to enjoy a meal or enjoy a beverage there are an abundance of options for everyone. 

Murrayhill has two associations that support this neighborhood, ensuring the upkeep and maintaining the nature preserves. Murrayhill Owners Association is responsible for maintaining the upkeep of common areas within the community, ensuring that residents are following the rules and regulations that are established, as well as overseeing the architectural review of new buildings.
